Reminder: Change your mindset by identifying the importance of your commitments.
So What is your commitment? Do you commit to save your money or waste it? Do you commit to “live like you’re rich” or actually be richer..?
Do you commit to your dreams?
If you have always dreamed of writing a book, do you commit yourself to writing everyday dispite the circumstances? or do you find excuses not to do it?
If you have always wanted to be in a relationship, or improve your relationship.. Do you commit to working on yourself everyday?
If you want to lose weight, do you commit to doing it daily?
When we only commit to the people and things that are truly important to us:
• Like a career, or our business,
• Our relationships (family, friends, significant others)
• Our health (mental, physical, emotional…)
• Our spirituality….
What happens is that the results will improve, we will be more successful in achieving our goals, and we’ll have more time to enjoy life as a journey.

Our commitment does not end with the decision!
We need to implement the commitment towards a goal and FORCE OURSELVES to follow through!!
We got this!

What are your goals? Are you committed to your goals?
When you set a goal, is it realistic TO YOU? Do you believe it? Do you plan ahead? Do you respect your commitment or are you disloyal with yourself?
I have learned something today, that Goals are commitments. If I have a goal, i have to see it as a commitment and hold myself accountable…. and give myself power by realizing that each commitment is an obligation and it starts now.
Whatever you want and place as a goal in front of you, shouldn’t you align and force yourself everyday to acheive it? If you are not reaching your goals, yes there might be many reasons or even excuses you tell yourself that are preventing you from moving forward… But a goal is a commitment you make with yourself. If this commitment is broken, then doesn’t that mean you are not engaged in fulfilling your obligations?
Goals = Commitments
Commitment = Dedicated
Dedication needs obligation.
Be Engaged to your Commitments to acheive your goals.
Reaching goals comes responsibility.
Who wants change? Who wants to change? But for change, we need to be responsible for our own change.
